Anderson Layman Company
David C. Anderson and Stephen T. Layman partnered to form the Anderson Layman Company in 1982. While the original intention was to focus on investment real estate, the company quickly expanded into all aspects of commercial brokerage.
In 1986, Anderson Layman Company began its first renovation of a historic building on Newark’s Downtown Square.
In 1988, the company began its first residential sub-division.
In 1990, the company completed its first build-to-suit project.
Today, Anderson Layman Company continues to offer commercial real estate brokerage services. Our expertise also includes development, re-development, investment analysis, site acquisition and consulting.
